Practice Info

Availability:
I offer counseling and clinical supervision evenings and weekends over zoom.  Special arrangements can be made for in person and home visits.

Rates:

I am currently only taking private pay and do not bill insurance. A 55 minute session is $125 and walking visits or home visits can be arranged at $150

Individual clinical supervision is $80 for 60 minutes and group clinical supervision is $60 for 60 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:
Our time together is for you. If you need to cancel, please do so up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time at no charge. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged for the missed session.

Confidentiality:
I am legally and ethically bound to protect your privacy and confidentiality.  However, I am required by law to disclose information under the following circumstances:
- Based on our conversations, I suspect you have plans to harm yourself or someone else.
- Based on our conversations, I suspect either child or elder abuse.
- I am ordered by the courts.



About Me

I believe that we all have the capacity to heal.  My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for you to find your truth from within.  I approach with a trauma informed curiosity and engage in multiple modalities of intervention.

 My clinical experience has been in health care supporting individuals and the people that care about them cope with significant life changes related to health, loss, adjustment and grief.  I have experience working in an interprofessional setting and have learned how to navigate successful relationships with my health care partners.  I also teach in the school of social work at Portland State University, in the health care social work track.

I graduated from University of South Florida with my masters in social Work in 2004.  I obtained my LCSW in 2007. My license # is L4033.

 I identify as a queer, woman and use she/her pronouns.
